Repricing is found on the left side of the menu.
It’s a form of automatic pricing so you do not have to keep an eye on the prices yourself, but can get a robot to do it for you.
Before you can start using Repricing, you must accept the terms for use of Repricing. If you agree, press ‘Accept and Continue’.
You can disable Repricing at any time if you no longer wish to use it.
During Repricing you have 7 possible settings. Each setting can be changed by pressing ‘Change Setting’.
Price changes – Should price changes be made automatically or come as suggested for manual approval.
Strategy – How do you respond to competitors’ prices? Match the cheapest, go below the cheapest or add a cheaper price.
Minimum Price – From what level do you want to stop repricing? Set by cost or standard price.
Maximum Price – From what level do you want to stop repricing? Set by cost or standard price.
Competitors without stock – Should competitors be included when their item is out of stock or should they be ignored.
New price target field – At the moment we only support the ability to change the price as a special price by automatic repricing.
Round down price to look more nicely – Choose a formula for rounding the prices.
Suggested price changes
In the “Price changes” setting, you choose to use the “Make suggestions” option, instead of the auto, you will get a list of the price changes that the system has calculated based on the criteria you specified.
You can see the list on the left side, under Repricing.
By clicking ‘Approve suggested (xx.xx)’ you will still have the option to change the price, otherwise just press ‘OK’ and then the price will be changed in the shop.
