Questions and answers
How much does installation cost?
Nothing – installation is free.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can always switch to another plan through your customer control panel or by contacting us directly, for example from Basic to PRO – or the other way round.
What payment periods can I choose?
You choose the payment period yourself when you order: every 3 months or yearly (with a 5% discount on the monthly prices).
Can I continue with my free demo?
Yes. Once you've chosen a plan above, simply state in your order that you'd like your demo converted into your own live online shop.
When do I pay?
When we set up your shop, we send you an invoice with 30 days' credit – in other words, nothing to pay in advance.
What about card payments?
The best way to accept card payments is through an acquirer. We recommend Nets or Clearhaus for Visa, Mastercard and others – setting up an agreement is free, and there is no monthly subscription. For Dankort (the Danish debit card), Nets is the only option – an agreement typically costs €14 per month.
A payment gateway is needed between your online shop and the acquirer – it costs €30 per month incl. the first 250 transactions. Read more in Card payments: getting started.
Is there a minimum contract period?
You have a full 30-day right of withdrawal. After the 30 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, but no later than 3 months after you give notice. In other words, it is very easy to cancel your subscription at any time.
