When you have the email service here at Golden Planet, webmail is always included for every mailbox.

In most cases it’s an advantage to use webmail rather than an email program (such as Thunderbird, described here) that downloads emails to your own computer. Here are some pros and cons to help you decide whether to use webmail or an email program:

Uses space on the email server, which may mean an upgrade at extra cost
No access to emails if the webmail service is unavailable

How to get started with webmail

How webmail works

You type https://mail.gpserver.com (opens in a new tab), which then automatically changes to https://mail.gpserver.com/roundcubemail/ (opens in a new tab) – this is the URL to bookmark in your browser or save on your desktop.

You can also type mail.yourdomain.com (with your own domain name), as every domain with email at Golden Planet redirects to mail.gpserver.com.

On this page, enter your email address with us and the password you created yourself in the customer login. (See the guide here: Email addresses: create/delete/change )
