You can make your own labels as attributes on products.
The first step is to create a variant that you call, for example, Labels; then you enter the different titles of your labels – the only limit is your imagination.
You add a label to the product via attributes.

If customers should not be able to filter by the label(s) you add to products, make sure this is not active (as shown in the first screenshot at the top of this page):
