Get your customers to review your shop on Trustpilot (opens in a new tab) by automatically sending them an email a set time after they have completed an order.

This requires an agreement with Trustpilot, where you get an email address to which you send the customer's invoice.

Setting up your shop

Add the email address from Trustpilot as a bcc under Content and layout > Email templates > edit orderInvoice.

Then, whenever a customer gets an invoice, you automatically start the process at Trustpilot.
