It’s about conversion – how many people complete an order when they land on a page in your online shop.

When a shop like Amazon presents a dress quite differently from a television, it is far from a coincidence. It’s because they have measured their way to the presentation that sells the most.

Normally it takes someone who can write template code to change the structure of a product page.

But not any more. Now you can rebuild the page yourself. We have also made some ready-made suggestions you can use – as they are or as a starting point.

Easy integration with many external systems

Now you can integrate quickly and easily with many different systems.

Here are some of the systems you can connect:

Chat (e.g. Zopim)
Affiliate systems (e.g. PartnerAds and Tradedoubler)
Facebook ad tracking

How to upgrade your online shop to this version

We expect to update all online shops during January 2016. You can, however, get the update now if you wish.

As always, the update has of course been thoroughly tested. But there is a risk in everything. And since many shops don’t want any changes in their online shop at this time of year, with the Christmas trade coming up, we have chosen to let you decide yourself whether it should be now or after the New Year.

If you choose to upgrade your online shop, we recommend doing it Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 16:00 (Danish time) – then you can reach us by phone if you need help straight afterwards.

You upgrade like this:

Go to the customer login on this page
Log in to the customer control panel (use “forgotten password” if you can’t remember your login or password)
In the list of services, click the domain name of the online shop to be upgraded
Click OpenBizBox under Applications
Click the Get latest upgrade button
You now get the message Your online shop will be upgraded shortly.
Within about 15 minutes your online shop will be updated. While this is going on, the site may be unavailable or the layout may look wrong.

We recommend checking that your product pages look as they should – perhaps place a test order to make sure the most important thing of all works.
